PAYMENT & CANCELATION POLICIES
The captain reserves the right to cancel the charter at any time due to heavy intoxication.
A 25% deposit is required for all charters. The balance is due the day of your charter.
Please confirm your trip at least 24 hours prior to departure of your trip.
Cancellation must be done at least two weeks prior to the charter date.
In the event of any last minute cancellations, we reserve the right to retain 100% of your deposit.
The Captain reserves the right to cancel/reschedule any trip due to inclement weather. Wind speed and direction is the largest determining factor if your trip is to be cancelled, as we do sail in the rain. In the event of cancellation due to inclement weather, every effort shall be made to reschedule the trip on a mutually convenient date.
Deposits are not refundable. They will be applied to a future trip and do not expire.

All prices are based on fuel at $3.25/gallon.
*Offshore Fuel Surcharge.
If, on the day of your trip, the price of diesel is:
$3.50 -$4.50 a $250 fuel surcharge will be added to the price of your trip.
$4.51 - $4.99 a $400 fuel surcharge will be added to the price of your trip.
$5.00 or more a $550 fuel surcharge will be added to the price of your trip.
**Inshore Fuel Surcharge.
If, on the day of your trip, the price of diesel is:
$3.50 -$4.50 a $75 fuel surcharge will be added to the price of your trip.
$4.51 - $4.99 a $100 fuel surcharge will be added to the price of your trip.
$5.00 or more a $125 fuel surcharge will be added to the price of your trip.
